The information that Afrisol Technologies collects in connection with the serviceCard is hosted on Data has been collected during normal business interactions with customers. Below are the specific personal data attributes collected by Afrisol Technologies and the purpose for which the data is used:

• Customer Name (Corporate or Individual), Phone Number, Postal Address and Email Address: This information is used to communicate with customers, identify reference documents where deliveries are necessary, process warranty claims, send customer statements and share necessary informational materials about Afrisol Technologies products and serviceCard.
• Customer Phone Number and Bank Account Details (Bank Name and Account Number): To facilitate receipt and payment
• KRA PIN Number: To facilitate tax filing.

By subscribing to any of our products and serviceCard, you grant consent to collect the above information.

Additionally, in compliance with the regulations of the Act, customers can request deletion of their personal data by writing to us at privacy(AT)afrisoltech.co.ke.

You can also contact Afrisol Technologies at the above email address to withdraw consent on the possession and/or processing of part/all of your personal data as described above. Please note, deletion of your data may affect future dealings with Afrisol Technologies.
