Common planning questions

Do all education institutions qualify for the same offers?

No. Providers distinguish institution type, recognition, country, learner age and eligible users. K–12, TVET, higher education and other training can have different routes.

Can we retain our existing tenant and domain?

Review ownership, current subscriptions and migration constraints first. Avoid creating a duplicate tenant before the institution has agreed its account and domain plan.

Does a learning programme include production hosting?

Not automatically. Learning labs, academic subscriptions and commercial production services have different entitlements, limits and billing.

Who controls admissions and credentials?

The institution and responsible academic or regulatory authority. Technology delivery and provider training do not authorise Afrisol to make academic decisions or award institutional qualifications.

How do we track an implementation?

Use an authorised organisation account in My Afrisol. The service request journey supports requirements, review, quotations and resulting orders. Provider eligibility and institutional approvals remain separate.

Plan the next step for your institution.

Describe the teaching or operational outcome you need. Review scope, ownership and total cost before an order.
